About Marvin Walter White — Attorney in Wayne County, WV
The Law Office of Marvin Walter White has served the people of Wayne, Cabell, and surrounding counties for more than three decades. What began as a solo practice on Ardel Road has grown, quietly, on the strength of referrals and repeat clients.

Marvin Walter White
Founding Attorney
Marvin grew up in Wayne County and returned home after law school to build a practice rooted in the community he knew. In the years since, he has represented hundreds of West Virginians in matters ranging from routine estate planning to serious felony defense and complex family disputes.
His work is characterized by three habits: careful preparation, honest advice, and direct access. Clients speak with Marvin — not a rotating cast of associates. Files are reviewed personally. Court dates are covered by the lawyer whose name is on the door.
Outside of practice, Marvin is a longtime supporter of the Wayne County Public Library and a lay leader in his church. He is married, a father of three, and a deeply reluctant fisherman.
